Trading Terms and Conditions:

D.D.Wheelwrights is a newly set-up enterprise intended to encourage the use of Proto:87 standards, by making specialized parts available at a price appropriate to a hobby.
We operate and trade internationally, and our prices are in Euros. They include local taxes but do not include postage, packaging, possible import / export taxes or bank exchange charges. We cannot accept cheques or credit cards.
In line with our intention to keep the hobby affordable, we strive to avoid unneccessary costs for our customers wherever legally possible.
We endeavour to provide quality products which offer value for money, but reserve the right to change the specification, without notice, of any of our products as we deem necessary to meet or maintain our aims.
In the unlikely event that you should consider a product to be defective, contact D.D.Wheelwrights via Email describing the nature of the fault. We will replace free of charge any of our products which we deem to have been defective at the time of dispatch. This does not apply to misused or mistreated products.
These Terms & Conditions do not detract from your statutory rights.
It is however the customer's responsibility to ensure the safe and proper delivery of any goods returned for whatever reason.

Ordering:

Simply 4 steps: you inquire, we acknowledge with a Confirmation, you pay, we send.

If you wish to order materials, we ask that you send an Email (or a letter), indicating what you wish to purchase. We will confirm availability, total price, means of delivery and payment by Email (or letter). Receipt of payment is deemed to constitute the placing of an order and acceptance of our terms & conditions.
Our Confirmation will include a reference number with appropriate details for payment.
In line with our policy of avoiding cost to our customers, this could vary according to circumstances. (for example: we attend an exhibition which you intend to visit.).
Please ensure that all payments and correspondence carry the reference number.
